Hi fam! I wanted to bring up the question regarding fitness trackers. I’ve been a die hard Apple Watch fan and have had one for 4 years now but, recently bought the Oura ring. I actually noticed Marnie was wearing one in her lives and am curious if anyone else has one too and what their experience wearing it has been. I’m interested generally in tracking my workout efforts, mainly heart rate zones as well as sleep!

This class was very challenging for me! Any advice on how to modify for those with weaker hip flexors? I was unable to keep my movements sharp in the 3 sets of the leg life variations.

I wasn't able to make this class live but, kept seeing so much love towards it and had to try it ASAP. The flow of this class moved me through with such ease and the flying jumps at the barre were so playful! Will be doing this one on repeat 😍

My arms were already jello going into this class but, the extra love in the planks position was SO fiery. Really had to check my mindset whenever I found myself in a quick childs pose during the prolonged sets. If you're looking for a class that will challenge you, this one brings the satisfying burn when it all ends.

Emily Jeffers sharing this super simple guide that I have been following for the last few months! I use it to pick my M/BODY classes (sculpt vs. sweat) throughout my cycle. In addition to M/body workouts though I’ve added in cycling and hiit classes to supplement the heavy cardio or heavy lift days. I hope this helps you and anyone else who sees it in this thread 😊
