Hi Mayo! I also suffer from tension headaches and migraines, mine are often triggered by changes in barometric pressure or stress. Personally what I’ve found that helps is watching my electrolyte/potassium/magnesium levels and taking CBD tintures. I’ve been also following a new workout routine tailored to my cycle and it’s felt more balanced as I can adjust to when I have headaches. Wishing you the best as you navigate your healing journey ❤️

During weekdays I try to do at least 30 mins but lately I’ve been really focusing in on 20 since being asked to commute back to the office again 🙁 Weekends I’m free for 45-60 mins 🙌🏻

3 years later here we are redoing this class! I was craving something familiar where I could go back to the signature moves and this class did not disappoint. Reminiscing about how I used to struggle holding the (extra sneaky) plank series, so cool to still see how strong I've gotten 👏

This particular healing hips class is quickly becoming my favorite. I really enjoy how there is movement throughout class while balancing the longer holds in each move. It's perfect for when hips are tight but, the arms are too sore to hold in extended down dog positions like the other versions of the class have!

Watched this on desk crew when it was live and I couldn't wait to try it out ASAP. I am such a fan of classes using heavier weights and this really hit the spot! 😍 Thank you Marnie for continuing to introduce new classes, techniques so we keep evolving!

Posting my challenge board, stuck to 30/60 of the official board workouts and wellness activities! This round was interesting for me because I was balancing being back in the office 2-3 days a week and other IRL workouts. Still so proud that I met my goal of M/BODY workouts each week and am grateful that this community still is here after more than 3 years 😍
