Everything looks great and I appreciate the new ā€œbugā€ alert on the videos.

This might be controversial but I love a tight 60. When I consider the stretches in and at the end of class, it gives a solid 45-50 mins of active movement plus it hits everything so there's a feeling of real completeness. I know it's hard to find an hour but we all deserve 60 mins to ourselves!

Hey there! Wondering if anyone is finding the site a little glitchy? The app works normally but I’m finding that the site on Chrome and Firefox is acting up - doesn’t load up immediately and freezes up all along the workout. It’s not an internet issue and other streaming is fine so not sure what’s going on but wanted to see if anyone in the global fam ran into this.

Glad to know that I'm not the only one who has out loud "ooooo GURL" moments during class.

This class was just beautiful. I sometimes judge myself when I choose to do a 45 vs a 60, like somehow that's not "enough." Workouts like this class remind me that it's not the time but what's happening during that time. The moves here were so creative and required an almost a meditative focus which is mental sculpt as well.Ā

"In the afterlife" - the best way to describe that post-planks feeling.

This class is a summer splash. The moves are so fun and varied that the time flies by.

I kept eyeballing this class but was intimidated by the choreo. On a long weekend, I decided that I had all the time in the world to pause and figure things out. So worth it! Marnie really breaks it down so that you learn it faster than you expect and the moves feel freeing and very energizing. Glad I chose to punch my way into summer.

This class lifted my spirit, IQ and booty. Not only is the music is a party, the moves ask you to be present in the moment and in your body. Your brain works, your booty pops and you end the class in joy.
