My rule is I’m not putting on cute leggings unless it’s for 60 mins (45 is the shortest I’ll go). There’s something so meaningful about taking that hour for yourself and fully experience sweat, sculpt, stretch and booty shakin’.

Hey hey! Thanks so much for the holiday help. Just finished a workout on my laptop and here’s the scoop - if/when you pause more than once (let’s say you need to breather during planks or to move your equipment), it will freeze and will only work again if you refresh the page completely. Same issue on different browsers (all other sites works fine). Also, not all the workouts will start smoothly. So it’s better but needs a little more tweaking to get back to streaming.

You're right. The problems are back. I clicked on a video in my favorites and it worked fine but when I went to a new video that I hadn't done before, everything jams up and stops working. Frustrating!

The app works fine but yeah, the desktop version is messed up. Everything else working perfectly (WiFi, Netflix).

This class was so boo-tiful! Amazing flow with small changes that kept me on my toes (literally). The spookiest signature class - couldn't hit that favorite button fast enough.

I’d love a stand-alone meditation or two. The holidays and year end can be a lot and I’ve returned to the 2 meditations available many times. Maybe gratitude and intention setting? A chance to work our emotional muscles too.

This class had all the things - amazing playlist, such creative moves and a balance between intensity and fun.

This class was challenging because it had new moves, a different pace and requires more concentration. The next day, the glutes were feeling it so guess what? It's a fave now.
