Long time no see Fam!! I’m back on the mat…with an m/body mini on the way!

I’m about 18 weeks pregnant-baby boy is due in July! 🥰

This is my first pregnancy and I was really worried about working out and doing yoga in the first trimester and honestly just felt so bad it wasn’t even an option, but I’m finally feeling better and have been craving my m/body movement!! I did the Palentine’s day class today and it was my first m/body class in months! The longest I had been since 2020!

For the other m/body mammas, what’s your best advice for working out while pregnant?! I’m constantly worried I’m going to do something to hurt the baby, but I’m trying to really focus in on just listening to and trusting my body!

I LOVE this class!!!! The longer combos are so much great brain work! The floor flow classes just keep getting better and better! I love these classes for lower energy days. Even though this class still had lots of burn, there’s just something about being on the floor that feels more accessible when I don’t have the motivation to work out. Thank you for amazing class, Marnie and team!!

Wow! This is such a fun signature class!!! It was classic but also had some fun new moves in there! I loved the lunge work at the barre! It was super unique and really worked my balance and brain. I also loved the ab work at the end, it was a slow build to some serious core heat without burdening your neck. The Macarena like move was so much fun!

To answer you question Marnie, YES! More chair dances! I love that this class had so much hip mobility! It felt so healing while still building so much strength! Love these classes so much!!

This was such a fun class!!! It really makes you realize how many of our signature cardio dance moves provide so much stretch!!! I can’t wait to do this one again!!

This may be short but it packs a punch! I felt strong, elegant, and tall during this class! I also loved using all the props for this quick workout! Wide second with the ball under one heel is always SO hard for me, but this was the first class that I was able to stay in it through most of the choreography thanks to the barre for support!
