Hey fam! I dropped my husband off at the airport this morning and he’ll be gone for a week! It always hurts to separate and I needed an extra pick me up and did one of my all time feel good classes: Arms and Back 157! All the heart opening makes for an amazingly joyful and feel good sweat!

I know I’ll be needing more feel good classes this week so I was wondering what’s your go to class when you’re in a funk, need some joy, or just know that’s it’s going to be one to make you smile if even for 20 minutes!

Such a fun full length class! Really good combo of glute work at the barre and on the floor! The ab series was SO dancey and I love the extended use of the ball for abs!

This class was TOUGH! But in the best way! No equipment needed to kick your booty! Marnie did such an amazing job of weaving burn with flush! Just when you think you’re at your limit you get a good hip shake in there and feel ready to take on the next combo! Definitely hitting favorite on this one because I can’t wait to see how my endurance grows and feel more confident working through the flows!

If you have shoulder tension….DO THIS CLASS!!! I suffer from chronic pain in my right shoulder blade from years of bad posture. M/body has helped SO much with that pain and it’s become much less chronic and only intermittent pain over that last year but every now and then it flares up. I did this class while suffering with tension today and it felt amazing! My shoulders feel so relaxed! Thank you for this amazing quickie!

This is a fabulous class if you’re feeling low energy and just want to get to the mat! The music and moves are so uplifting and by the end I had so much more energy and the craving to add on another 20 minutes! The abs and arm moves were so well weaved - I never felt fatigued in one specific area! Loved the active stretch series at the end too!

Wow this is a class for growth!!!! Do this one and then come back to it again and again and you will be amazed at how your body strengthens and grows! These moves are so powerful!

Hi Costanza!! Love this question!! I have been doing M/body for 3 years (this month is my anniversary!) for the first 6 months I would do M/body 3-4 times a week and then also do a hiit or strength workout 1-2 days a week and stretch 1 day. Then I transitioned to only M/body! I just found that it was giving me the cardio and strength training I craved! I usually do a workout all 7 days of the week but only 1-2 60 minutes. 1-2 45 and the rest 20-30 minutes! I use to keep track more diligently but now I just kind of do what my body is craving that day length wise! Within the last 8 months I’ve also started going to a yoga studio and it compliments M/body fabulously! I’ve done yoga for over a decade but M/body has given me so much strength and flexibility, I feel like I’ve progressed so much in my yoga practice thanks to it! That was a really long ramble to say that I usually do M/body everyday and then go to 2-3 yoga classes a week! I’ve never felt better physically and mentally!

It’s been a while since I’ve done this one and WOW - I hit the favorite button! This is such a high, good energy class! Lots of signature moves and positive vibes!
