Grounded sweat classes are my absolute favorite!!!! So excited to have another 45 minute grounded class to add into the rotation!

Hey Roni!! I’ve recently had to quit lemon water for the same reason. I think I was just using way too much lemon, often I’d do a whole lemon and some days I’d have lemon water in the afternoon too. I was so sad to quit because I love lemon water but my teeth just couldn’t handle it! I switched to a mason jar of water with some sea salt. I’ll drink it first thing in the morning like I did with my lemon water and it still feels super hydrating!! I’ll also do half coconut water/ half regular water with some sea salt in the afternoon sometimes which is really refreshing too!! I’ve also been blending a few stalks of celery with water and will do that in the morning sometimes! None of these drinks have caused sensitivity to my teeth!

This was a šŸ‘ kicker!!!! In the best way! If you only have 20 minutes but need to get a serious sweat on, this is THE class! I loved the use of 5lb weights and focus on the core when using the weights, my arms didn’t get fatigued because of the awesome ques to harness the power of the core! I loved the move towards the end where we were in the lunge and lifted the front leg with the weight! Such a deep burn!

Charleston or Vero Beach would be so much fun!! 🌊 I second these!

This is one of my all time favorite recovery classes! It's all done on the floor and moves at such a slow gooey pace! Definitely a great class for low energy days, or days when you just want to show your body extra love!

I love shaking things up with these Knockout classes! The punch combos are always so much fun! There’s something about throwing a strong uppercut that feels SO GOOD! I also loved the lunge move at around 32 minutes into class where you lift the back and front leg. Such a fun balance challenge!
