Hey Roni!! Iāve recently had to quit lemon water for the same reason. I think I was just using way too much lemon, often Iād do a whole lemon and some days Iād have lemon water in the afternoon too. I was so sad to quit because I love lemon water but my teeth just couldnāt handle it! I switched to a mason jar of water with some sea salt. Iāll drink it first thing in the morning like I did with my lemon water and it still feels super hydrating!! Iāll also do half coconut water/ half regular water with some sea salt in the afternoon sometimes which is really refreshing too!! Iāve also been blending a few stalks of celery with water and will do that in the morning sometimes! None of these drinks have caused sensitivity to my teeth!

Grounded sweat classes are my absolute favorite!!!! So excited to have another 45 minute grounded class to add into the rotation!
