I did this with 8 lb weight at 23 weeks pregnant and it felt SO good! I modified most of the core work on the back but having the knowledge of how to modify from doing this work with you for years has felt SO empowering!!!
It’s hard to believe it’s been 5 years this month since I hit play on one of your pop sugar videos for the first time and I’ve been with you ever since! I’m so thankful everyday for how quickly you adapted and brought this online space to life so we could grow together! I would have never imagined 5 years later you’d be helping me stay strong through pregnancy as well but, wow, it’s been a beautiful 5 years!!! Thank you Marnie and team for this work, it truly has changed my life through lock down, career changes, and now becoming a mother this work has kept me strong, grounded, and believing in myself more than ever before!

I’m 25 weeks right now and I didn’t do any movement in the 1st trimester because I felt so sick! Started feeling better in the 2nd trimester and M/body has been feeling so good!
I also love the Pregnancy filter on the app! I started a playlist as well and have added a few classes that felt really good! I need to keep on adding! Also the healing hips class did have some work on the stomach that I skipped but the class just felt too good not to favorite!
