This may be short but it packs a punch! I felt strong, elegant, and tall during this class! I also loved using all the props for this quick workout! Wide second with the ball under one heel is always SO hard for me, but this was the first class that I was able to stay in it through most of the choreography thanks to the barre for support!

Whew! I'm adding this to the "Classes that kicked my butt" playlist!! I love the no equipment 60 minute flows because they always challenge me! I think it's because there's no break to readjust with props its just straight flow! I felt like I had 2 left feet going through this class the first time so I can't wait to come back and try it again!

I’m so sorry this happened!!! Sending lots of healing thoughts your way Emily!!! I feel like some of the arm dance and the shoulder stretch class may be nice and you can just do the upper body part but I also think it’s okay to give yourself permission to truly rest so your body can heal!!! I know that can be so hard!

This was an all time favorite Signature class!!! I loved the glute series! The 2 long combos were so much fun, loved that one used the barre and one was just the floor, such a fun shake up! The hip raises are always SO challenging for me, but I had so much fun dancing to Best Friend that I ended up doing the whole series which is a first for me! Happy 10 years Marnie! I’m forever grateful that you decided to share your gift, light, and energy with the world! You have truly changed my life in the most positive way!!
