I’m seeing a big pattern of intense core work through this board! My glutes have never been stronger thank you! Really appreciate the designated rest/makeup days and stretch videos woven throughout. I AM struggling with the wellness activities- I always do. I just kind of latch them on somewhere as a “have to” instead of “get to”. (This is especially true of the 30 second cold blast in the shower). I’ll be working through that in board two as well. Much love to the global fam & M/BODY team ❤️

Chantale… thank you for sharing. I’m only 28 but already feeling the pressure to buy the latest “anti aging cream”. Your words are so special. Grey hair is gorgeous. Self love and a healthy relationship with food are such such wonderful goals that I personally struggle with myself! Thank you for sharing!

I struggled with this one. I find it difficult to stay connected and push through instead of bouncing around like in a cardio series. I also struggle with dynamic side lunges, why won’t my hips stay square! Will attempt again!

I love your pictures Jess! & I completely understand. That’s why I LOVE how flexible the challenge is, and I just pick a workout/wellness activity from the board that aligns with my energy and motivation. So my workouts aren’t in “order”. For example I did the 20 min barre sculpt this morning (and smilimg at a stranger) because I felt like I needed to feel elegant, with no floor work. Being flexible like this helped me complete the last challenge! Lots of love ❤️❤️❤️❤️
