Hi sweetie. Your comment has been on my mind for a while & I want to try reply in a loving way! Firstly, a low impact sculpt class won’t reduce fat around the area being worked. It will make the area stronger and healthier! Which is awesome! To reduce fat you need to be in a calorie deficit. Of course if you want to do that, it’s absolutely up to you what to do with your body! But! Society puts a lot of pressure to be thin; here at M/BODY we focus on strength and health, rather than thinness. I imagine if your hips and legs are strong and healthy, they are beautiful, regardless of their size. :)

I Love a free hair workout!!!!! Yes I put highlights in my hair on my own for the first time back in July! Love a good change of look - can be so refreshing.
