Marnie! Please help. I cannot for the life of my do the rolling sit ups with my legs in that triangle on the floor (the first move we did as we moved to the floor). My legs only want to go straight, or my abs will not lift me :(. Last done ->09-08-22. I LOVED this one! Took a while to get my energy up but after the fun cardio I was all energised!

Emily. Thank you so much for your lovely kind words! I’m tearing up reading! Second I think absolutely it’s externalising her own insecurities, you’re right! It doesn’t excuse her behaviour, but it does explain it and give me some kind of peace that it’s not actually about me at all. I didn’t realise it was happening when I was growing up but now that I’m older I am starting to see these things clearer - which doesn’t help in the moment of the cutting remarks unfortunately but I will work on trying to tune it out with the help of friends and this beautiful community! Last done 31-07-22. Loved the bonus rolling push-ups after the plank series. And to answer your question at the end - one thing I love about myself is that I’m always on the lookout for the good in others ❤️

Last done 29-07-22. I just love the fun standing-to-floor work in this one! Great for lower energy days because it’s only 30 min and no impact but still sweaty. Also excellent for practicing alignment with our signature side lunges as I still struggle with that a bit!
