Well done! I started switching my workouts from afternoon to morning two weeks ago! I find drinking a massive glass of water as SOON as I wake up helpful… I also have a cup of coffee before beginning 👀. Set up your space and outfit in the evening (maybe an excuse to buy a new outfit so you’re excited to workout in the morning 😍). Hope this helps Em!! Xx
