Emily. Thank you so much for your lovely kind words! I’m tearing up reading! Second I think absolutely it’s externalising her own insecurities, you’re right! It doesn’t excuse her behaviour, but it does explain it and give me some kind of peace that it’s not actually about me at all. I didn’t realise it was happening when I was growing up but now that I’m older I am starting to see these things clearer - which doesn’t help in the moment of the cutting remarks unfortunately but I will work on trying to tune it out with the help of friends and this beautiful community! Last done 31-07-22. Loved the bonus rolling push-ups after the plank series. And to answer your question at the end - one thing I love about myself is that I’m always on the lookout for the good in others ❤️

Last done 29-07-22. I just love the fun standing-to-floor work in this one! Great for lower energy days because it’s only 30 min and no impact but still sweaty. Also excellent for practicing alignment with our signature side lunges as I still struggle with that a bit!

Last done 28-07-22. This one is safe to have Bala weights from the beginning. Kind of low impact-y, just the brief light bouncy cardio. Really felt in back and biceps! A good challenge just being on 3 limbs in plank series. Can’t wait to return to this one!!!!!

Last done 27-07-22. Small amount of cardio in the beginning with only 16 big jumps. I found very glute and arm focused, esp holding body weight at the bar. Favourite part was the punches with weights in wide second! Great for detox.

(Using the comments as my personal notes for now lol) Last done 25/07/22. Really fun cardio series. Three sets of three sets of 8 jumps! Interesting glute choreography on the floor, used ball on the floor in the leg series. Loved it thanks.
