The other healing hips are excellent but this one is still my fave!!
Hey! The best option is to go speak to your doctor and/or have blood tests done. However if this is a paid service in your country, here is a brief help guide from the nhs website from the UK: https://www.nhs.uk/common-health-questions/food-and-diet/do-i-need-vitamin-supplements/ If it is sunny all year round where you live you can probably leave out the vitamin d. Hope this helps!
