Hips feel lovely after this! I’d say it’s safe to do with wrist weights (only 16 big jumps). Interesting and fun new take on dynamic side lunges. Lovely challenging plank series too. ❤️

Includes fantastic cardio series with rolling jumps… the plank series in this is my new favourite. So fun! Glutes are done on the floor but with spinal extension at the bar. ❤️

Wow! This one gets really deep into all the muscle groups. The playlist is amazing - beginning the Barbie party. No big jumps. A goodie to use wrist weights.

So much joy! Love the playlist! I was really feeling it in my glutes the next day! The cardio is quick and fun (only one set of big jumps), and Marnie’s energy just beams through the screen ❤️ you can’t help but smile the whole 60 mins!

This makes me excited. I LOVE reading and actually recently in June got back on a reading high - perfect timing. I know I’m nearly 30 but I love young adult genre books 😂. My favourite for June was Daughter of the pirate king by Tricia levenseller. It’s easy to read, not too intense, but does have the typical awkward YA tropes. I’m currently reading The Quiet at The End of the Universe, a dystopian YA. I’m really enjoying it as it has a nice sci fi spin :). I’ve heard Yellow Face is SO GOOD. Not usually my genre but I am going to read it due to its hype. Lots of love. ❤️

I’m seeing a big pattern of intense core work through this board! My glutes have never been stronger thank you! Really appreciate the designated rest/makeup days and stretch videos woven throughout. I AM struggling with the wellness activities- I always do. I just kind of latch them on somewhere as a “have to” instead of “get to”. (This is especially true of the 30 second cold blast in the shower). I’ll be working through that in board two as well. Much love to the global fam & M/BODY team ❤️
