That cardio dance at the beginning was SO fun to the footloose song! I rewound and did it twice! :D

I love gardening too! I’m so excited for spring!

Spending time with friends who truly “get” me. And times when we are together & it’s full of laughs! I always feel so full of light and joy the next day ❤️ edit: and grounded! Haha

Yes yes yes to the sun! ☀️

Hi Em ❤️

I too struggle a lot lol. However I have quite a few health issues that meant I HAD to be strict especially with my beloved chocolate!

I have a few little sweets (swizzles heart sweets in uk) that I just have three or four if I’m craving sugar! So I’m not cutting anything out. they’re smaller and less rich than chocolate, so it doesn’t interfere with my health but it does satisfy my sweet tooth.

Not sure any of this info is helpful but you’re sooooo amazing I wanted to share my experience if you find it helpful.

(I still read your lovely message often which you commented on my post a couple months ago. ❤️❤️)

Oooooh my gosh the girl bands vs boy bands workout is HARD (in the best way). So much sweat. You need Energy Plus™ to do it lol

Congratulations!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Hey! Ugh it’s so tricky in this world isn’t it? In the UK they have a “five a day” saying that’s also on our food packaging which I find super helpful as a basic guideline: get five servings of fruit and vegetables in every day.

This would workout as adding (not taking away anything!): a serving of fruit with breakfast. A serving of fruit with a snack. A serving of vegetables with lunch, a veggie snack and then a serving of veg for dinner!

I don’t always get it right but that’s what I aim for!

(A serving is like one apple, or a side salad with mixed veg). If you struggle to eat salad, don’t forget the delicious dressings you can add 🤩

I hate diet culture so these guidelines have been great to eat healthy but not restrict ANYTHING!

Sending you love Costanza ❤️❤️❤️

❤️ yes for example I know if Molly M loves a workout I will too!

❤️❤️❤️ love you & the fam SO much! ❤️ thank you to the gorgeous women who put the gift together ❤️❤️
