I started going to classes at Barre Belle (Marnie's studio before M/Body) in 2014. Currently I'm standing in my kitchen above the old M/Body Studio, sweating and crying with joy from the 45 detox and crying with joy at this video. I'm so bummed I missed this live!!! I'm always there in spirit. If you are new to M/Body you can't go wrong with any video in this catalog. This is truly the best group of people you'll ever want to be around.

Making this one up FINALLY so I can check of days 1-20 as done! Have to miss the live tomorrow but I'm there in spirit as you well know. I am so sweaty right now and so relaxed and I love what Monique S wrote a couple weeks ago. Marnie is truly a magnificent force for good. Thank you M.

This was great for hip opening! You know me - I hold everything there. Great end of day class too (you will be sweaty). Felt like a ballerina too. I always love that! Try this one if you haven't yet!

This is a great M/<60 for anyone new to M/Body or new to 60s! Covers all the bases and 60 minutes is gone before you know it! Highly recommend. Going to shower now :)

Great M/<45 for anyone looking for a good sweat and sculpt and stretch! I'm going to stress sweat...or maybe it's just warm in March here..I can't believe it's a little over 2 years since I was in the studio on La Brea. We were mid challenge..almost at the end of a challenge?? I remember.. I had a few dots left to get lol. .. This is one of the best things to come out of this madness barre none! Now there is a G-Fam. So Awesome.
