So many great new moves in this Power Sculpt. Excited to try them again with 8s (with my 5s close by). Also a very grounding class. A really nice pace. Be in the Light G/Fam.

2025 Jenny: Remember the part about up & down elbow planks! Just do as much as you can at whatever pace you can.  Thanks for the tip about the shoes - was perfect & paused to take them off for the ball foot work. Thanks M/B!

The combos in this class were really excellent. And the 'hover' moments!?...You all know I love my 'feeling like a ballerina' moments. I'm so happy right now. Thank you M/B.

Revisited in galley kitchen! The kicks felt really good today!

Such a great class. I feel really relaxed and stretched and I'm also going to feel this tomorrow mostly in my glutes I think.. (This is my first <60 in about a month). 

In a smaller space today and without any weights and really wanted an arm dance. This one is fun because Marnie's joy and enthusiasm is always infectious, and her pink tights are amazing and joyful. Also my arms are vibrating a little bit which is neat.
