Wow. Can't wait to try this again and again. Thank you, as always, for the chat after class about working our way through some of the moves in our own way and time. I tried one hand on the barre then out to plank (without the weight in my floor hand) and was able to do it while you were talking lol.  Patience is courage! xo

SOOOO GOOD! Please do this class. Happy 10 years of M/Body M from an OG Barre Belle. This method has changed my body, how I feel about my body, made me stronger and more resilient than I ever thought I could be. I am a warrior and I plié. xo

Most excellent. Loved every part of it. Ball work with ankles and top of feet was exciting and felt really good - especially that hold. Wow. Merci M!

If you have not tried a Knockout Sweat class please do. They are so wonderful and there are loads of modifications and they make you feel like a badass and alive and you will get sweaty no matter what. xo
