Extra sweaty today! Don't laugh G/Fam: I was breaking in some new walking boots for my sandy terrain and decided to keep them on for class 😆 I was way more jumpy for me. Such a great soundtrack. The 2026 Rise & Align challenge is just hitting in all the right places this year. Thanks M & G/Fam!

Perfect stretch after a long walk this morning. Should maybe do this first next time? It's so accessible at any level and tables work well as a barre!!

I was thinking 'there is a flow to these first 2026 classes' and then Marnie said it today! Also M's outfits! Love. You know I'm not an up and down girl, but I'm starting to 'become' one (wordplay)! Just have to do it at your own pace and it's not too bad. Will work on doing that with weights - one thing at a time. xo

So happy to finally do this class today. I say this often about the <60s, that they take me back to in studio days, this one in particular, especially the music. I could feel the barre below my hands even though I was using my husband's work table in the garage. Many of us have never met in person, yet I imagine standing side by side with you at the barre, or in the middle of the room for the warm up smiling and laughing, and doing some extra booty shaking and lifting our hands up in the air for that last 4 counts of 8 on reléve in wide second when you think you can't do anymore. Oh I love this practice and this community so much. xo

Excellent Planksgiving class. Really loved the extended plank after warm up to start this class. Haven't done that in a while. Going to add that to warm ups in the future. Thank you M.
