Wow wow wow! Do this class! It is so yummy. The kneeling at the chair, while holding the ball on the chair while bending and stretching our non kneeling leg? Most excellent. Keep going when you think you can't keep going - the music will keep you going! (thank you for the shout out during Xanadu!). Oh and also the work turned away from the back of the chair felt so good. Revisited at the end of the day, fully energized after. I think it's safe to say that my body has finally embraced getting up and down, and knows it is an integral and very important part of her life (except during any foot issue situations 😆). xo

Agree with all below! The transition to 5s was gradual and I'm so glad I had them when I felt ready to do a whole class with them. I usually have my 3s nearby too. Hope this helps!

I've been away from the mat for a couple of days and not fretting like I normally would, and this class was a nice way to feel like m/self and good to be reminded how adaptable we can be with different floors/rugs/counters. xo
