So happy I chose this class this evening. It really took me back to the in-studio days working at the Barre. Like Monique, I feel energized! 

Hi Fam. Wanted to do a Power Sculpt today! Decided on the one that had been challenging (turned it off after 7 minutes the first time). I used 8s and sometimes 5s. I wore my converse. I will continue to grow with this class. Listening to Marnie's words at the end echoing my exact feelings is priceless. Thank you for everything you do and your ability to make us feel seen. xo

Had to greet 2026 with punches and kicks. Love to the G/Fam!

This was really fun! I loved the different start to class and the ending 'rolling' stretches and everything in between. I am feeling it today in my legs. Talk about messy, me scrambling around figuring out which leg I had done and just winging it until next time was very satisfying - thanks Monique for having that experience too! xo
