Wow I am so sweaty and relaxed. It is day 60 of the 2026 Rise & Align challenge and this is my last class (a smidge out of order). The classes in the challenge were really inspiring. Thank you so much Marnie & M/B team and G/Fam for everything you bring every day. I'm going to get my teeth cleaned now and even that does not dampen my spirits! 😆 xo

Really, really enjoyed this Towel Dance class with gliders. Focusing on moving the standing leg from your glute to help move your back sliding leg back up was super cool. Like, I felt that I was doing that and then Marnie mentioned it and I thought  'woah Marnie can read my thoughts' (not the first time right G/Fam?). Would like to work on the 'crossed leg pike' move again: My left leg piked and my right did not which wasn't totally unexpected. It's curious and I want to figure that out! Thanks M! xo

This class brought so much joy and some wiggles and a lot of singing out loud!
