Oh this was exactly what I needed! So many wiggles and some shakes. Maybe I will try this with slightly heavier weights for some more ballast? Stay tuned! xo

Oh I love a triple M: Marnie, Meditation, and a Mantra. Alive, Free, Capable, Strong. Amazing class. What is the side of your thigh called? A Haunch? My haunches were/are on fire. Woot.

Glider sliding (and flying!) Fun! Soundtrack was stellar. Can't wait to work on getting down on my hands and then being hands free during different parts of this class. xo
