Revisited this last night. Love, Love, still love. I used 5 lb weights for the whole time. If you would have told 2014 me that I would become a '5er', you could have knocked me over with a feather. xo

Perfect way to end the afternoon. It has been cloudy and rainy all day and during one of the later up dogs where we held it a little longer the sun came out and I was in the light and that was really neat. Thank you for this and thanks too for adding an elongated version of that leg through to the opposite leg and down and stretch and stretch and back. Sweet.

Revisited this morning - Tried it with a 5lb weight - excellent! Highly recommend if you want a stretchy standing ballet-y class (and some sweat, definitely some sweat..).
