Revisited this afternoon with 8s,  remembering I always want to pick up a 15lb if I can. It's just a really lovely 45 minutes AND it was an especially good bookend to today's <20 Posture Perfect/478 with similar matching M/outfits in red. xo

Wow! Another <20 to add into the 'repeat often' rotation. You can really feel this month's theme of PLAY in this class. The floor work was so much fun! Thank you for giving us this gift of learning about and engaging in our own strength every single time we come to the mat.

Marnie's joy at the end of this class is magnificent! I do often lose the point that we get to grow up! Glad to get the reminder this morning doing ballet at my kitchen counter with the gliders.
