🙌🦵🦵 Love a Sig 60. Finally caught up on this 5 months later. A most excellent playlist, some slower, deeper, twists on classic moves. Cathy P says it below: the extra gift is a wonderful sense of well being when you have finished. :)

I love these classes. Today more than every, moving to Marnie's voice and instructions helped create a feeling of Independent Study... You know what I mean?  We know these flows and these moves so well.. we reached further in to them today. It felt really good to do this with you all in the live G/Fam. Thanks M.

So fun and free and going low and going high and swirls and arms and hips! I've learned to do the cardio classes in shoes and it really makes such a difference (for any feet challenged peeps). And, there is never a bad time to look at puppies. xo

Love an <45 Signature! This one felt really good. Mixing up the signature moves kept us literally on our toes (or on the ball, or on the ground, or not, depending on foot concerns!). Thanks!

Jenny Groener I really got to go lower in some of the barre bends than I had before. I think I was 'clenching' at my knees in the past - I think you guys know what I mean? And Marnie's words about it being a moving meditation are always so spot on and also really resonated tonight. Have a good night/morning G/Fam wherever you may be.

Beautiful. Just beautiful. The pace, the method, the messages, the flow, the emotional release, everything. 

Oh what an excellent class. I love all of it. I also really enjoy standing for meditation after a standing class. I like to reach down and pat the ground after so she knows I know she's got us.
