Happy Planksgiving Day G/Fam!! I WILL THERE with you live finally! Thinking of all of the people I've met through Barre Belle, M/Body, M/Body Global. Feel so grateful for all of you. Big hugs to everyone. and a shout out to my Brother in Law and Nephew who should be joining us today!

Starting out the week with this gem. I'm going to feel this in my abs later I think. Loved M's comments at the end about her process in creating each class and feeling our energy in the moment. We feel your energy too, even, and always, in replay!
