Stunning! This was EXACTLY what I needed after being off the mat for a while. Since 7/10, as a matter of fact, which is when this gem of a class was recorded. The M/Body-verse works in magical ways. Favorited immediately. Thank you G/Family members who pushed for a sweat & stretch. Chefs kiss. xo
