This was such a great class and experience! Was fantastic to feel like I was in a IRL M/Body class again after all these years. I loved a 7am class then, and still love them now! Thanks Marnie & DD for sharing this with us. I loved seeing everyone at the end! GFam!!! This is a perfect class for anyone new to M/Body for sure. Great Pace, Great Sweat, Great Stretch. Do it!

That was great after my walk this morning. My right inner thigh and glute have been acting up lately and this helped calm them down. I had to modify with a chair.. Made me think of the short barre you installed on La Brea for newbies like me. I'm forever grateful. Made it to the big kids barre eventually! Will do that again! I'm rambling. Thanks M!!

Continuing the quest of doing all of the catalog more or less in order.. lol.. I remember doing this live I think.. as the choreo challenged me in 2020 and it challenged me again in 2022! I see it as a challenge (wink) to persevere and to keep trying no matter how silly I feel or how often I land on my butt. My heart is beating and my spirit is strong and I'm going to $3 mimosa brunch at The Palms in a little bit. Thanks M!

This was an AWESOME M<20. This is a must do for anyone new to M/Body and for all the OGs out there. Heart pumping, sweaty deliciousness. Do it now! Better yet, do it before you wind down for the night, take a shower, slip into clean sheets and dream of the utter joy of jumping from a wide stance, with pointed feet. (She'll catch you if you fall.) xo
