I remember doing this class in 2020 and laughing with my husband at how uncoordinated I was since being out of practice for a bit due to life happenings. I knocked it out of the park today! Always always always get back up and keep trying. Thank you Marnie for your optimism, positive end of class messages and for always reminding us to keep out butts out there (I'm paraphrasing!)
