Our inner thigh muscles attach to the pelvic bone (the adductor brevis specifically attaches close to the vagina). This exercise position stretches those muscles! If they’re tight (super common) muscles will be shorter/pull on their attachment point (the vagina bone in this case) which will make a tugging/tight sensation. Keep hydrated! Keep focused on stretching your inner thighs (we do it every class in various ways!) This position seems like it is actually really good to help heal this tightness just keep taking it slow.
