I loved revisiting this class again during the spring 2022 challenge. Having a strong core is so helpful for feeling good.

Love this play list and love that you can do workouts high or low impact. I also love that we workout bare foot. So great to strengthen the entire body.

I loved this class. These workouts are great no matter your fitness level. I have sore knees and I love how easy it is to do these workouts low impact and I still feel the sweat.

I love this workout. After sitting all day this healing hips workout helps me stretch and sculpt. But I would not say it is easy. But it is worth the sweat.

I loved this class and loved that I got to do it live and revisit it again. you are such an amazing person so great to be able to workout with you over and over again.
