Hi Andrea and Lindsey, I’m sorry to hear you’re having that experience. Our tech team is aware of the issue and working tirelessly to resolve it! I do have two quick workarounds I can offer: 1) Tapping anywhere on the video will allow you to fast forward 10 seconds. 2) If you watch a video in your web browser (even on your phone) the 15 second rewind and fast forward option is still available. We are so sorry for the inconvenience and will let you know as soon as it’s resolved. Thanks for understanding and sending you two so much love!
