I spoke with Marnie about your post and wanted to relay the info to you:

What's most important is to make sure you don't get stuck on one of the three pillars (sculpt, sweat/cardio, recovery) and have a mixture of them. Most classes have some combo of all three, but tend to lean on one focus. Here is an example of a week's workouts:

30 min Barre Sculpt /405

30 min Knockout Sweat /464

20 min Barre Express /358

20 min Recovery Flow /342

20 min Ab Sculpt /388

Feel free to mix and match with this in mind. Consistency is what's key, not how long you workout! If this playlist was helpful and you need another, just reach out and we'd be happy to do it again! You can add all of these to your in-app calendar as well so you have your week lined up!
