Blurts are any negative or self-critical thoughts that surface when you unleash your creativity. Your affirmations counteract these blurts by replacing them with positive, empowering statements that reshape your internal narrative.Â
Examples:
Blurt: I always mess things up.
Affirmation:Â I am learning and growing every day.
Blurt: What I want doesn’t matter.
Affirmation: My desires and dreams are important.
Blurt: You’re just wasting your time.
Affirmation:Â Every creative act I pursue enriches my life.
