Lindsey J it’s my non-dominant side too! I’ve got bigger feet at a size 9, but I still think it’s worth looking at the mini for this! I think my left leg in general needs more focus for form and placement (also interesting). Thank you for this response! It feels nice to be validated by others’ experiences!

I really loved this one. I liked the challenge and the specificity of that standing seat move, which just felt more empowered by the tutorial! Wide second with one foot on the ball is always a little tough for me on one side of my body, and I am curious about that. Sometimes I just do basic releve for that move (off the ball), but I'm starting to wonder if that mini ball would do the trick!

This is exactly what I needed today. Not a ton of impact, no planks, but there were so many creative moves that brought the sweat and connected to my center in such a functional way. I left this one feeling strong but centered. Also fun to hear Marnie repeat some aphorisms here that she's still using in 2025. So cool and makes me feel connected to all versions of myself!

Such a great playlist! And such a new creative sequence of movements. I feel particularly challenged by one foot on the ball in wide second. I feel like it might be a positioning issue in my own structure but I ended up doing that sequence on relevè without the ball and will try again next time! Also, I don’t know if we are still switching lead sides halfway through the month, but I switched my to leading with the left today because I feel guilty when I leave it out ha! Thank you for this one!

Needed that meditation today. Thank you. I thought this was such a solid classic 60-minute session with great sweat and some fun twists on well-loved combos. I don't often feel like dancing bridge, necessarily, lives in cool-down space, and today's had some fun ab activation that solidified that for me. Thank you for this wonderful space. I am so happy I made the live today. It just hits different :)

Watching the little shapes of those puppies wiggling around during this workout was so sweet!!! And listening to you talk about them with such love and wonder really gave my heart a boost, Marnie. And, hey, the workout was fun too! A couple of new moves I'm really excited to try again and a very even pace throughout. Got in a good sweat without feeling like I was huffing and puffing.
