Ooooh I loved this one. Killer description by Monique below. This felt like it had a little bit of everything with a really steady heart rate throughout. I am a 30-45 minute girl, myself. They feel a little more doable for me right now, but that's also because I'm doing videos in order from the beginning. Lots of 60s there!!

Charli + Billie got me going during the warm-up and some b-boy music was so much fun from barre work on today. Thank you so much for such a fun one. HAPPY TAILS, TWIGGY! Really challenging and really fun! Lots of new moves/combos that involve the whole body, and a beautiful reminder of lymph massage. Thank you for inviting us to consider the Lion's Gate 8/8/8 portal tomorrow! I'm always excited to incorporate and consider what the sky is doing when I'm doing my m/body :)

Twiggy, how can you sleep during Spice Girls?! I loved how sustainable this warm-up felt! It had a clear build to it that left me open and ready without feeling like I was huffing and puffing. I also loved the tiny little stretch at the end of the warm-up, which reminds me of the earlier Lives (which I'm doing in order right now!). More new, creative, ADVENTUROUS moves that kept my brain present and my body challenged. Also, that gratitude song was just chef's kiss. Thank you so much, Marnie!

Well watching Twiggy try to eat the mat and lick Marnie's armpit was tough to top, I'll be honest. But I really loved this workout. These Power Sculpts really make me feel strong inside and out. I'm a big fan of them. Also, just fun variety to all of the wonderful work we do here. More of these please!
