I loved this class! It was so fun and dynamic! I can feel my back getting stonger, especially doing the downward dogs at the end!

Missed this and last Wednesday's bc my work week has been INSANE so I'm so grateful there's recordings! Hopefully next week is a little easier. I miss my lives though! This class was awesome. My husband wants to join me on the next cardio class like this!
