I really appreciate when Marnie reminds us to move like us, not like her - we're all individuals with different bodies! And I love all the modification she offers. That said, I'm curious if there are any videos or places where I can see how other bodies go through these movements (I love the PopSugar videos for this, but I want more!). I'm particularly thinking about different movements when we're moving while standing and Marnie reaches to the floor. I'd love to see what that looks like in a less limber/more me body (I don't really do social media though).

I've also noticed that a lot of the time, front foot releve in lunges or wide second doesn't feel good for me; I don't have very high arches and I wonder if it's related? I usually stay flat-footed and hope that's okay for deriving benefits.

Hi M/Body team! Until this week, every time I hovered over the time bar at the bottom of the videos, I could see thumbnails of the class. It was really helpful to be able to quickly "scroll" through the whole class that way and get a clear picture of what to expect when doing the workout. That feature has suddenly disappeared for me. Do you know why?

Does anyone have a playlist of recommended classes for bone density and a playlist of recommended classes for strength training? Would love these!
