Wow! Loved this. Mostly used a 10lb weight throughout. I modified the floor abs by doing the move from 13:00 while kneeling, because I've been advised to avoid crunchy back stuff. Is there a better modification to do at this point Marnie Alton?

Celebrating 1 year of M/Body this week! I love this short but powerful arm workout. All standing, great warmup!

So cool to see that when I did this class in August, I struggled with the move at 25:15, but I did a healing hips class yesterday and that move was so much more available for me today!

Wow, this was challenging and fun! I modified the work on back by kneeling instead because of my sensitive neck.

Thank you to Lindsey J for recommending this amazing class! Loved it, especially the balance challenges. One thing I'm curious about - when Marnie brings her knee up on the side like at 25:15, what should that look like in those of us who have very tight hips??

Lindsey J just did <45 Low Impact Sculpt/112 on your recommendation and it was amazing! Definitely some room to grow on the barre+ball section for me :)

Looking for recs! I would love some <45s and <60s that don't have us doing ab work on the floor - I have some back and neck sensitivity and I've been told to avoid doing floor ab work where I am on my back. Some of my favorite classes are <30 Standing Core, <30 Posture Perfect/202, <30 Posture Perfect/323, <Super Bowl Standing Sculpt/258, and <45 Low Impact Ballet Sculpt and Stretch/243. Thank you!
