This is my most fave of all faves! I loved it so hard when I did it live, and still love it just as much on replay. I think I'm going to come back to this again and again to gauge progress. Playlist is FIRE!

This is an instant fave! I was fighting getting on the mat today, but knew how much I needed it... and a 45 min sig is my fave! There may even have been a couple tears. This was amazing -- the playlist was FIRE (Tupac and Tay for SURE on the same playlist). This was my last workout as a 42 year old and I'm so glad!! xo
