Such a fun workout and easily done using a 3lb weight in place of the movement ball!! Thank you Marnie!!

This is my second time doing this workout and it was desperately needed! I am so bad about neglecting stretches because I'm afraid it's not a huge calorie burning workout, therefore I don't listen to what my body actually needs. Such a great stretch for my gluten and thighs after a kickboxing workout, thank you again Marnie!

I've unfortunately been on an almost month long hiatus from. These workouts and this was my first one back in! So happy to be back and what a great sweat session to get back into it!

No sweat if you don't have the equipment, I was still able to get a great workout in even without the ball (however I did order my movement ball and am anxiously awaiting for it!). Thank you again Marnie for a great sweat sesh! I love that I'm able to still get a sweat in only 20 minutes!
Dang I'm so sad I missed this live but this was such a great workout!!
