On 🔴 too! Cramps and hot flashing galore over here! But going to make it to the mat tomorrow. Not giving up on this. Even if I only do 30 days in 60. Hoping to gain some more momentum myself!

This is sometimes challenging for me too. Coming down on the forearms and/or fists for planks is a good modification. Or just coming to the knees and taking breaks to shake out the hands and wrists. 🙏 hope this helps.

Yeah! The hip rolls are so funny w Michael too! Isolating those hips … doesn’t usually happen, but he’s getting better. I think he enjoys making me laugh though. I just love that the guys are doing it!
