I just did the meditation. I was feeling a little anxious about money, thoughts, lots of energy twirling around after along flight yesterday back home from being w my family for a week in my hometown. So the meditation was perfect! Love the mantra “I am safe. I am loved. I am grounded.” Everything seems a bit more bearable now living and being in the light! Acknowledging my own flow and connection with the light. Super sweet! I’m planning on doing the summer sweat 199 later on today per Lindsey’s Recommendation! I have a lot of M/Body lives to catch up this week and excited for that and to be back home with my normal routine and groove!
