The first week, in the beginning I was all a go. Now I find it more of a challenge to be super excited, but seeing posts from you guys is so inspiring, keeps me going, and helps me get excited about it again! Love seeing stuff on insta and on this board! I found it especially difficult to write one thing I love a lot myself…. Getting there!!! Still need to do that and have to buy some more celery for the juice! This challenge is helping me and my partner, Michael, in so many ways especially when things seem tough. He’s getting me out of my comfort zone by encouraging me to post little vids AND He hasn’t been able to sit cross legged since I met him and now he can (it’s not easy for him, but he can DO IT NOW!!! ) so excited how far we’ve come!

Omg that plank dance was so challenging for me!! Hoping it’s easier next time!
