Yeah. I was going to say start small like 5 things you are grateful for- done. Or 3 things you want to accomplish this week and why. Done. Sometimes just write the thoughts that come to mind. You can always burn it or throw it away. It’s nothing you have to keep. For me, it works as a way to clear the brain chatter and “monkey mind” and mapping stuff on paper- doodles work too, but agree with Cathy- not for everyone. You can also find journals in a bookstore or Amazon that have little prompts in them.

I’m so happy for them, but too busy for FOMO. I truly believe I’ll make it to an MBody retreat one of these days. I am REALLY missing the live workouts though most of all. I need a kick in the ass bc I’m lacking motivation. I need to just turn on a video and pretend it’s a live one haha!
