Yeah. I was going to say start small like 5 things you are grateful for- done. Or 3 things you want to accomplish this week and why. Done. Sometimes just write the thoughts that come to mind. You can always burn it or throw it away. Itβs nothing you have to keep. For me, it works as a way to clear the brain chatter and βmonkey mindβ and mapping stuff on paper- doodles work too, but agree with Cathy- not for everyone. You can also find journals in a bookstore or Amazon that have little prompts in them.
