Very joyful! Loved the playlist! Boys 2 Men and fun songs like that! Sweaty and fun! I rotated between 5-2lbs (was able to hold on to those 5s longer than usual). This is day 21 for Rise & Align for me & getting stronger. Also feeling stronger with more stability with Crescent lunge for stretching at the end. I paired it with M 20 Barre Express so some of it was a bit challenging especially after doing the other one first. But doable. Feelin Groovy!

Such a fun, joyful, power class. I started w 5lb but had to lower the weight. Had to go down to 1lb at one point then alternated 2-3lb. Love the kickboxing section! Very cool stretch flow at the end- had to rearrange to make room for it πŸ’— Beautiful meditation at the end!

Day 14!of 60 Rise and Align! πŸ™ŒπŸ™ŒπŸΏπŸ™ŒπŸΎπŸ™ŒπŸ»πŸ™ŒπŸΌπŸ™ŒπŸ½ love this barre combo!!! And meditation is so poignant! Love you guys! Feeling so much stronger with more energy with this challenge and beginning to feel myself again living more of the here and now! My knees were a little tired so had to modify instead of jumping. Remembering the alignment of the knees in 2nd was so helpful! Xoxo
