Such a fun, joyful, power class. I started w 5lb but had to lower the weight. Had to go down to 1lb at one point then alternated 2-3lb. Love the kickboxing section! Very cool stretch flow at the end- had to rearrange to make room for it 💗 Beautiful meditation at the end!
