Hi Alice! I too discovered Marnie on popsugar fitness, but the catalog on her platform is tenfold better!!! So glad you joined too! I would say for me personally strength in my core, (abs, butt, back) arms and legs have ALL improved dramatically! I would personally find ankle weights to be too much for maybe of the routines. However it’s your body and some leg lifts with ankle weights could potentially work for you, as they work for me solely doing reps horizontally on the mat? But I slow the pace way down at that point….but this might be a Marnie question? I do 6 workouts each week typically since signing up.
That is so devastating! You are a good friend and that is good anger to have for her. Glad you worked it out in that way!

I freestyle danced around my kitchen yesterday! 😆long walks are a good idea. I think more clearly that way too. Thanks Katie!
