The last combo in this feel like a beautiful dance flow! I did this a second time with 5lbs (did 3 before) and it was challenging but wonderful

This is an excellent repeat class! First time I did 5lbs after being sick for a month, then I did 10lbs today. Very well rounded 20 minutes of strength and movement!
