It was great! And so Intune with Marnie's January theme as well. For me the combination of Mbody and Yoga with Adriene is the best for my overall health. BTW, it was the last 30 days after 10 years. New projects are coming.

This sets the tone for a wonderful year! 30 days of dry January, 30 days of Yoga (with Adriene) and 15 days of M/body ( with Marnie and all of you). Keeping this up through February with more M/body. Xo

I love working my hips, legs and booty!! For example, one of my favorite classes is the 20 min dancer's legs! Love strength and stretch classes. I love them all and I'm ready to get out of my comfort zone....so anything you concocte is great and beautiful!!
