I’m THRILLED to join a challenge for the first time even though I’ve been here for 3+ years. The reason being, I thought I had to workout at least 5 days a week. The email that was sent out with the details of the challenge made me realize I can commit even though it might look like 3 times a week for me, and this new feature makes it even more accessible! I have the challenge board printed out and giddily putting stickers on them whenever I complete a day 😁My focus during this 30-day commitment is (who knows, even 60?) “Striving for excellence but NOT perfectionism.”

Whaaat?! Gotta be one of my favorite 20-mins sesh. It’s my first time doing it and I wouldn’t have discovered it otherwise without participating in a challenge for the first time. Great music, energy, and message about US being in charge of our happiness and not others 💯

Happy beginning of challenge to us! Without a newborn again I’ve been doing these classes during the children’s nap during the day. I get to be a happy and relaxed momma to them when they wake up! ☀️ I’m thankful for the privilege to take care of myself and better service the people I love. Thanks for an energizing, detoxifying class!

Favorite class of 2026 thus far! 🙌🏻 Love, love, loveeeed the focus on the power muscles, the hip-hop music from when I was a younger, and that combo move with the doubled up weights was perfection.

Marnie mantra throughout the class about “becoming” got me so convicted and comforted at the same time 🙏🏻 So much fire in my leg I thought it would combust… 🔥
