Please watch the “wrists modification” at the end if you’re like me and tend to get pain in the hands and wrists from long plank sessions, especially the side plank ⚠️ I hope to come back to this and practice more to strengthen my arms as push-ups aren’t my forté… Remind yourself, “Honor where you are at without judgments” as you go through this class! ✌🏻

Healing the joints is what this is all about, and my body devoured it on the first day of my menses 🩸It is so doable, yet just the right amount of challenge to go deeper.
