A good one for the days you aren’t so motivated or don’t want to push yourself too far but enough to get blood flow. I enjoyed the unique push up move with the weights as shown in the thumbnail ✨ It was refreshing to stretch at the end with weights too.

AHH 😍 I finally got my 2 pounds ankle/wrist weights and it elevated things to a WHOLE. NEW. LEVEL. Sneakily sweaty, fun playlist with a mix of new and old songs, low impact. I’m celebrating myself for making it through even after slipping on my daughter’s toy and hurting my big toe and knees 😂
