I’m feeling sick due to seasonal allergies but pushed myself to still do this. It’s such a great workout and not intimidating during days like this. Thanks Marnie! Xoxo 💋

Another great workout! I think every workout I do kept getting added to Favorites (including this one!) because they are all good! I need to find a way to manage my Favorites better. 🙊 This workout is great for recovering from low back pain.
