I was all set with my achievable goal this morning. I put a post it on my computer that said “do not check email after 6 PM.”
I didn’t even get home until after 6 PM tonight and I still had about 20 more minutes of work to do.
So instead of getting super frustrated and feeling down on myself, I just reset my goal. Now it’s “do not look at email after end of business day.” We’ll see how I do!
I joined a gym that has a studio with bars because my new downstairs neighbor was wondering why I was moving furniture at 6:30am (I was doing an M/Body workout 🙈). Problem is that this gym has classes in studio around the same time I get there and we can’t use it if a class is going on, so this week my goal is to try to wake up at 5am to get there early enough to get a workout in before a class starts. Any early birds have any tips for me?
This beautiful challenge is making me stronger in my mind and my body... with a lighter 💜
It has been hard to pin down one goal…. Funny as that seems…. But this week my goal is leave all my “snarky” comments towards my hubby at the door. I love him to pieces but sometimes he becomes the outlet of my frustration which is not geared towards him, just comes out at him. More love, less rude.
Hi, fam! 🤍 We recently welcomed a second mini through adoption! I realize more than ever how much working out all these years have helped me stay fit to raise little ones. Oh, and this is my first M/BODY anniversary! Although I can’t join lives due to the time zone in Japan, I try to make it to the mat 2-3 times a week. My favorite is the 45-mins sessions 🧘🏻♀️I enjoy checking for updates on this community page and enjoying Marnie’s feel-good workouts!
Hi M/Body Fam! I am starting a few days late but plan to use the make up days to get all 60 in! I always feel so motivated during a challenge going through it with everyone in the community. My goal for this challenge is to be kind to myself and let the experience be relaxing and meditative rather than anxiety producing. Also being accountable for taking time for myself. Let's get this!
Keeping my goals simple and ongoing for the challenge this summer season. ☀️ This summer I intend to have a spirit of fun, play, and joy. Typically, summer is a difficult season with anxiety but this year I'd to change that by taking those painful memories and feelings bringing them into peaceful meaning. So this next challenge I want to make myself a priority and try very hard to stop the negative self talk. I am shooting for 60 days because I deserve to hit the mat for the next 60 days. Wishing everyone that decides to do the challenge positive vibes and even lots of love for those fam members that opt out of the challenge this time as well. Love Rochelle
